Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on open box used Trulap 8552 & 8592 dumbbells.

Unopened, sealed are eligible for a return within 14 days. 

Please note that the return shipping fees is the responsibility of the sender. 

We cannot refund or exchange any products without original packaging. 

Returns/Refunds/Cancelations
Customer is responsible for two way shipping on all approved returns and refunds. If order is cancelled prior to us shipping it out there will be no shipping fee to bare

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Address changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Address change can be applied for orders that have yet to be shipped. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
