Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used or open-box Trulap dumbbells.
Unopened and sealed items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds without the original packaging.

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

We cannot change the delivery address after an order has shipped.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if it's been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process
